Notice to Bidders & Operators

These terms describe the rules and obligations for participating in the live paid rankings on bid2top.com. By submitting a URL and placing a bid, you agree to these conditions in full.

1What is being sold

A position on a public list, for as long as the listing stands. Nothing else. In particular, no traffic volume, no guaranteed placement duration, and no specific commercial outcome is promised.

A category purchase changes one category position. The payment amount also increases the listing's overall total.

One listing can have several category positions. Each position has a separate paid total. One checkout can fund one category or all open categories.

An all-category charge is the sum of each required category difference. A category that the listing already leads adds zero. The application stores one allocation for each funded category. The full charge increases the overall total once.

An overall-only purchase changes only the overall position. The operator can disable this option by requiring a category.

The operator can close a category. The operator can transfer its paid category positions to another open category. The overall total stays unchanged.

2Live rank quotes

The bid form can show current category and full-board leader targets. These values come from settled bids. They do not reserve a position.

Another settled payment can change a target before your payment completes. The server checks the submitted total and category before it starts checkout.

3Published analytics

When public analytics is enabled, published values can include category payments, clicks, visits, share actions, and leading listings. External analytics can fail or omit data. Such a failure does not block the board.

4The board operator's rights

The operator may hide, refuse or remove any listing, with or without a reason, including after payment. The rules page describes what is normally refused; that list is not exhaustive.

5Your responsibilities

You warrant that you may lawfully promote the URL or profile you submit, and that its content is lawful where the board operates.

6Availability

The board is provided as-is. There is no uptime commitment.
